The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our remote team at Zarrab Software for pc technologies. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative support. You will have the opportunity to work alongside HR professionals and gain insights into the operations of a remote-first company.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation.
  • Helping with employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring that HR documentation is up to date and organized.
  • Assisting with HR administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
  • Contributing to HR projects and providing insights for improving HR processes.

  • You are a student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
