This role focuses on creating and validating AI-powered coding tools designed to transform the development domain. Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate AI-generated code and solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and best practices.
  • Organize and manage the development cycle, prioritizing projects, and setting clear goals and deadlines.
  • Leverage your pepertise in PHP to address complex coding challenges encountered during AI validation.
  • Collaborate with the team to foster a culture of innovation, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Validate the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-generated code.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance AI system capabilities and ensure smooth integration with other tools.
  • Provide constructive feedback on team members’ code to maintain high-quality software development standards.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in PHP development.
  • Proficiency in the PHP programming language.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge or experience using LLMs/AI tools for coding is a plus.
